Squash

Squash is one of ten core sports at the Commonwealth Games and it made its debut in 1998 in Kuala Lumpur.

Squash requires a remarkable combination of decision-making, racket skills, speed, power, agility, flexibility and reflexes, but the main element is outstanding endurance – cardiovascular and muscular.

The competition will be played out according to the rules of the World Squash Federation (WSF) - www.worldsquash.org

Squash will feature on the sports programme for the Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games.
