Aquatics

Aquatics is one of ten core sports at the Commonwealth Games and swimming and diving have been in every Games since they began in 1930 in Hamilton, Canada. Synchronised Swimming is for women only and it first featured in the 1986 Commonwealth Games in Edinburgh

All aquatics events will be conducted according to the rules of the International Aquatic Federation - www.fina.org

Swimming and diving will feature on the sports programme for the Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games.
