Meeting the costs of preparing for and attending, the 2010 Commonwealth Games and the 2011 Youth Games will require over £1 million. Commonwealth Games Scotland receives core operational support funding from the Scottish Government via sportscotland and an Endowment Fund. We are looking for organisations to join corporate partners such as Clydesdale Bank, Emirates, Leadership Trust and other suppliers such as Adidas and medi UK Ltd. Participation in each Games is dependent on sponsors and suppliers, through fundraising via events and dinners, and the generosity of the Scottish business sector and public through donations. We welcome individuals and companies joining us to become part of our wider team, for without your backing, Scotland would not be able to participate in the Games.
