2006 Team Kit Unveiled

Scotland's Commonwealth Games Team kit was unveiled at the Clydesdale Bank's Team Farewell Dinner held last night 25th January 2006. With 50 days to go until the Games Opening Ceremony, First Minister Jack McConnell was the first to wish the team well in the quest for sporting success down under.

The dinner was attended by members of the Team staff, athletes from many of the participating sports, sponsors and suppliers. Many of Clydesdale Bank's staff and customers also attended.

Lynne Peacock, Chief Executive of Clydesdale Bank in the UK and Louise Martin CBE, Chairman CGCS also added their good wishes and acknowledged and thanked those who have assisted in the Scottish Team preparations.
